2-storey insulated building, approved in 2015, built from Ypres, hipped roof, Bramac roofing with solar panels for hot water heating. Underfloor heating with gas boiler. There is a boiler room, warehouses, 5 spacious rooms with large terraces + 2 apartments with a garden, where you can also have a dog. The capacity of the boarding house is 24 beds. There is also a Wellness area with an infrared sauna (can be switched to a steam sauna), a Finnish sauna, a massage room and a large social (relaxation) room with a fireplace. Sanitary facilities, showers and changing rooms are a matter of course.
Recreational cottage:
2-storey insulated building, approved in 2019, built in Ypres, gable roof, Bramac roofing. Electric floor heating. There are 2 spacious rooms with large terraces. The capacity of the cottage is 8 beds.
